Electrophysical tests and measurements

The testing electrolaboratory of Megoplant UE performs electrophysical tests (measurements) throughout the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the accreditation certificate issued by Belarusian State Institute of Metrology (BelGIM) RUE:

1. Earthing resistance test.

2. Test for circuit between the earthing electrode and earthed parts, earthed installations and earthed installation parts.

3. Test for emergency break of 1 kV electric installations with the earthed neutral by measuring total phase-neutral circuit resistance and further computation of one-phase current earth or neutral fault current.

4. Insulation resistance test.

5. RCD functional test, breaking differential current, RCD break-time.

The laboratory has permits to perform electrophysical tests at explosive production facilities controlled by Promatomnadzor of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus

The testing electrolaboratory of Megoplant UE:

· guarantees reliability, objectivity and the required accuracy of tests and measurements results;

· constantly maintains compliance with the requirements to electrolaboratory registration, specified documents regulating the activities of a testing electrolaboratory;

· maintains records of all claims made to the quality of tests and measurements and eliminates them in due time;

· provides the customer with a possibility to witness tests and measurements;

· observes the specified or agreed periods of tests and measurements.

Presentation of records and reports

Each test and measurement performed is followed by a record of a specified form and content.

Complaints of technical character:

Any complaint is considered within 3 days upon receipt.

If it is legally valid, official investigation is carried out, the reasons are established.

To perform tests and measurements of electric equipment the electrolaboratory of Megoplant UE has at its disposal the following:

· necessary testing equipment and measuring instruments;

· qualified, specially trained and assessed staff;

· a car;

· technical regulations, test and measurement procedures and programs.

All results of tests and measurements are properly recorded, with indication of parameters values and characteristics of the tested electric installations and power supply networks, test data, measurement errors, opinions on compliance with the requirements of technical regulations. Works are performed by highly qualified, certified specialists with the help of special equipment, which guarantees high quality and tight deadlines of the performed works. There is a discount system.
